We offer a 15-day return policy, which means Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
