Thank you for shopping with MomiDream. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing time may be slightly extended.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to change the address after the order has been processed.
2. Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States.
3. Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or may be offered as free shipping on selected items.
5. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or contact your local carrier.
6. Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs
- We do not issue refunds for incorrect addresses
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.
8. Split Shipments
Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on availability. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
